Liability & Participant Agreement

Parents/Guardians acknowledge that while reasonable care and adult supervision will be provided during Teen Adulting 101 classes, accidents or injuries can occur. By registering, you understand and accept this risk. Teen Adulting 101, Amanda Godfrey, and any guest speakers or volunteers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during the program. If your child becomes ill, is unable to participate safely, or their behaviour requires them to be picked up early, the parent/guardian will be contacted and is responsible for arranging prompt pickup.

Photo & Media Consent

I give permission for Teen Adulting 101 to take photographs or videos of my child during classes and to use them for promotional purposes, including on the website, social media, printed materials, and future program advertising.

You must agree to the liability waiver to register.
